If you find out out that users are receiving ringing and no one is at the other end - it is mostly because there is at lease one extension that is very noisy. The noisy copper line pulse dials to mostly low numbers, such as 112, 111, 121 etc. To find the source of the ringing extension - call forward one or all of these extensions to the front desk console. When the console rings answer the call and view the extension. Once you find the source - then go to this extension and leave the handset off hook. This will stop the random ringing. Then call Biax Communications and report which extension is causing the ringing.
