Why is my call accounitng beeping

There are 2 reasons that the XIOX call accounting beeps continuously

  • ​Normally the printer is either out of paper or the paper is jammed. Remove and re-inset the paper, then turn the power off then on - it will reset itself. If this did not restore service then remove the printer cartridge and try printing a report. If it appears to work OK - then install a new ribbon cartridge.
  • If it is interfaced with a PMS computer system then it is caused by the PMS computer not working properly. After the PMS is restored the beeping will stop.
